Digital Products (No Refunds)

All products sold on this website are digital downloads (e.g. sheet music PDFs, audio stems, sample packs).

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are purchasing a non-tangible digital product
You consent to immediate delivery of the digital content
You expressly agree to waive your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations once the download or access begins

As a result, you will not be eligible for a refund, exchange, or cancellation after purchase, except as outlined below.

Exceptions (Technical Issues Only)

Refunds or replacements may only be provided where:

The file is faulty, corrupted, or incomplete, or
The product cannot be accessed or downloaded, and the issue cannot be resolved

You must contact us within 7 days of purchase with details of the issue.

Where applicable, we will:

Re-send the file or download link, or
Provide an alternative version or format where available

Delivery & Access

Products are delivered instantly after purchase via download link or email
It is your responsibility to download and store the files securely
Download access may be limited or removed after a reasonable period to prevent misuse or unauthorised sharing

Legal Compliance

This policy is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which state that the right to cancel does not apply to digital content once:

Delivery has begun, and
The consumer has given prior consent and acknowledged the loss of the right to cancel
