You are buying a non-tangible digital product (e.g., sheet music PDFs, audio stems, sample packs).
Once the download or access link has been provided, you waive your right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns unless there is a verified technical issue with the files.
